Jessy's Taqueria is widely praised for its authentic Mexican cuisine, featuring flavorful salsas, tasty pastries, and standout dishes like burritos and molcajetes. Customers frequently highlight the restaurant’s inviting and modernized interior, complemented by a warm and attentive staff that enhances the overall dining experience. The establishment’s dual function as both a taqueria and a tienda adds to its unique charm. Additionally, the vibrant atmosphere with good music and quick, efficient service is a notable strength. While the exterior may appear modest, patrons consistently find the inside cozy and appealing, making Jessy's a popular local favorite for both casual meals and special treats like tres leches cake.

Delicious Mexican food and salsas. Always have to eat here whenever I'm in town. Bought me a tres leches cake to take home.

I had a great experience here. The inside is updated and very cute! I was obsessed with the casabarrio - fabulous! I also enjoyed the mangonada with the fresh mango and spicy candy. Definitely going back.

Cindy and Fernanda had excellent customer service…kind, friendly, attentive and efficient. Food was good—and delivered quickly. Chips were nice and crunchy, and salsa was flavorful. The new renovation looks fabulous. My son showed me the before photo of the dining area….refurbishment looks great. Nice establishment—we will return. Thanks!!

My husband and I moved from Georgia this year and we have been searching for the best Mexican restaurant in the area. This is definitely it. We were told to try this place after visiting the East Beach farmers market and it’s our new favorite. It’s very unassuming on the outside, but very cute inside. One side is also a tienda, which we loved. My husband and I shared a molcajete and we still had leftovers. It was massive. Their menu is so big and they have a full bar. If you don’t like this restaurant, you probably don’t like Mexican food.

So a friend recommended this place to me. I was supposed to grab some pozole.... I ended up choosing the chilaquiles molcajete. It was huge and enough for 2 ppl. It. Came with beef, Chicken, super crispy bacon and Chorizoamd 2 fried over easy eggs. I was surprised to.find that there was red and green chilaquiles underneath. I also orded a Michelada to gulp it down. It was also to my liking... my friend ordered the birria torta, that could also feed two people. I wish I had enough room to fit that as it looked so delicious!!!!! Oh and we also ordered the guacamole and chips... chips are home made and guacamole was perfect!! I highly recommend this place for family and friends. It has a large variety for other drinks as well but I came during the morning so I could only experience my miche... Will return for the pozole and to try their tortas... worth every cent! Also, they have a store so you can grab dessert afterwards... the tres leches was amazing!

Food was great, music was loud, and when the servers tried to check up they had to raise their voice. I've been coming here for about 17 years was a hidden gem. Since then they have upgraded once having to take reservations, it was lovely, like for a family gathering then. Now they have upgraded again with an open concept, the decorations are beautiful. The TV screens are down, sorry guys. But has a touch more romance involved, would definitely bring a date, just eat outside so we can talk.

Low key place you wouldn't expect such good food from. Service was excellent - had 3 people check on me at various times while I was seated. Spicy margarita was delicious, but salsa with the chips could use a little more kick. Food looked nothing like the online photo, but it was still delicious. The salsa verde served with dinner was amazing. All menu prices are 20% more than what is shown online - so the website needs some updating. I can see why Guy Fieri liked it!
